My major accomplishment of the day yesterday was watching eight hours of television, with only breaks for snacks, meals and the bathroom.
Now that I’m far enough into it, and have made my decisions… here’s a look at Sabrina’s fall TV line-up.
Sunday: Jack & Bobby (WB) I wasnt sure about this show.. the premise, though original, didnt seem like something that could go any further than the pilot. Two brothers in 2004, one will be the president way far in the future. But they’ve managed to pull it off thus far… giving a little piece of Bobby as the president and how that came to be based on his childhood. I’m lovin it.
Desperate Housewives (ABC) I’ve only seen the first two episodes… but it’s got this Ally McBeal wild and weird quality to it. I’m very much attached to the characters and hope I dont ever become one of them (though I do hold a lot of the same qualities as Bree).
Monday: Everwood (WB) I do love this show. It ended wonderfully last season and definitely picked up just as entertaining.
Tuesday: Gilmore Girls (WB) Finally Luke and Lorelai are together. As long as it stays that way, I should survive. I’m not sure how I feel about Rory and Dean… they sure did make that a tricky one… he’s married but they love each other, oy! The show has mantained its wonderful sarcasm and witty pop culture. If you havent watched it… you should definitely start. Even if its about girls…
One Tree Hill (WB) If I had to drop another show… it might be this one. Except for the attractive people… there isnt much keeping this going.
Wednesday: Lost (ABC) Great! If you arent watching, you’re just plain dumb.
Thursday: Joey (NBC) I feel obligated to watch this show. Its actually the only half-hour comedy on my list. It does make me laugh… but so far, not as much as Friends did.
ER (NBC) I couldnt stop watching this show, even if I wanted to.
Friday: Joan of Arcadia (CBS) The first season made this show excellent… I’m not sure about the second season… kinda feels like they’re trying too hard. Or maybe it’s just Joan’s hair.
Add The OC to the mix on November 4 and that will give me nine and a half hours of television each week. Insane, I know.
