Though, my handy book says that when a ref crosses his arms, he's calling a penalty for Icing. I like Icing because it reminds me of cake. In my book, cross checking is called by the ref clenching both his fists and extending them out from the chest in a forward and backward motion. But, I'll let you have it, since you PLAY the sport and all. What do I know, I'm just a one-day old spectator. :) Thanks Nick, it was sad to watch.
