What About?

I’ve become pretty active on a message board with a lot of women that are adopting from Korea. Its nice to hear the stories of families that have been where I am, or where I hope to be. Its nice to share in the happiness of a referral, and even nice to be a support for those in times of need. Though these women arent all the people adopting from Korea, they seem to make up a large percentage. And so we keep track of referral dates and travel calls, and get a good idea of how things are trucking along.
Yesterday, a family received a referral from the same Korean agency we’re waiting on. And their homestudy went to Korea seven days AFTER ours. And they specifically requested a girl (because they already have a boy) while we are waiting on ‘either’ (which usually means a faster response). So, I’m thinking, we MUST be next. It could even be possible that the referral was made and my social worker just hasnt called yet. Its driving me crazy! Call! Call! Call!
