AJ’s Menu - December 20
Breakfast
- Apple cinnamon oatmeal with a jar of pears and raspberries mixed in
- Red grapes (quartered)
- Water
Lunch
- Chili (ground beef, pinto beans, kidney beans, pasta)
- Carrots (glazed in cinnamon and a pinch of brown sugar) (sliced and quartered)
- Red grapes (twice in one day? someone needs to go shopping!) (quartered)
- 5 oz soy milk
Dinner
- One slice of whole grain bread with sunflower seed butter and kiwi (bite sized)
- Steamed broccoli & cauliflower w/ a dash of Italian dressing
- Zesty tomato veggies crunchies
- 4 oz soy milk
