		<description>wow, that's amazing about what Duke will do. Kevin and Lisa are facing the same thing, I believe Hewitt (where Lisa AND my Dave both work) gives great help to adoptive parents. Kevin's company - nil. I guess that's the norm though.

While it's unpaid leave, it still means that Steve can take up to 12 weeks and not worry about losing his job.  You should definitely look into it.</description>
